My name is Darryl Gammage, and I am a woman of faith, purpose, resilience, and intentional alignment.

I am the Founder & CEO of Position to Destiny™, and the creator of The 60 Second Elevator Moment™ and Mindset Reset: It’s In the Roots™. These programs are part of a transformational movement dedicated to helping individuals discover their purpose, gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and position themselves for the destiny designed for their lives. My guiding approach, Awareness, Alignment, Action shapes every program, message, and resource I create.

My own journey has been shaped by faith, service, leadership, healing, and transformation. Through life's victories, challenges, detours, and distractions, I have learned that purpose is often developed in the places we least expect. I've come to understand that destiny does not always begin in comfortable places. Sometimes it begins in the middle of storms, detours, distractions, and seasons where you must rediscover who you are. Those experiences have fueled my passion for helping others navigate their own paths with confidence, wisdom, and intentionality.

Professionally, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Conflict Management, a Certification in Mediation, a Master Certification in Transformational Counseling, and a Certification in Grief Counseling. I also serve as a Military Advocate for Medicare, a Life Insurance Agent, and a Notary. These credentials have equipped me with the knowledge and tools to support individuals through personal growth, conflict resolution, life transitions, healing journeys, and emotional wellness.

I am a minister, transformational strategist, mentor, speaker, and veteran advocate who believes that every person has been created with purpose and potential. My work focuses intentionally on helping people identify barriers, strengthen their mindset, embrace healing, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Through Position to Destiny™, I provide mentoring, workshops, faith-based personal development programs, transformational resources, and my signature 60 Second Elevator Moment™ designed to inspire reflection, intentional action, and purposeful living. I experienced first hand how being available can change the direction of your life in ways you never expected.

My mission is simple: to help people recognize where they are, understand where they are called to go, and develop a plan to get there. I believe healing is possible, growth is intentional, and destiny is achievable when faith, purpose, and action work together.

My heart is to help people see themselves clearly, break free from what has been holding them back, and step into the life they were created to live.
